the good news is a xhosa friend of mine had a look at the paper and said it was hard - made me feel better. the tanj has also thoughtfully sent me all the physical symptoms of a heart attack - i have a sore heart - these are the symptoms in case ur interested : Tania: What are the warning signs of a heart attack?
The American Heart Association and other medical experts say the body likely will send one or more of these warning signals of a heart attack:
Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes. Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck or arms. The pain may be mild to intense. It may feel like pressure, tightness, burning, or heavy weight. It may be located in the chest, upper abdomen, neck, jaw, or inside the arms or shoulders. Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath. Anxiety, nervousness and/or cold, sweaty skin. Paleness or pallor. Increased or irregular heart rate. Feeling of impending doom

and yes, i am having a conversation with myself on our blog. I am also reading a particularly bad thesis in which this chic has written asses instead of assess more than once...i think i know who the ass is
Oanic attacks are the worst thing imaginable. I have had 4 in my life and I can honestly say that I thought I needed to go to hospital. My heart was all over the place and I was in a state.
Cheri - I think what you have to worry about is dementia, rather than a heart attack. You may be going insane, you just had a rather long conversation with yourself and even role played. This is mildly alarming.
oanic attacks zo? i don't think i'm the only person with issues!! ps would LOVE to know if you had a cell or any other more DIRECT way that i could contact you. regards

ReplyDeleteHaving had a panic attack once before, I can safely say that you'll know if you're having one.

ReplyDeleteMaybe not dementia - you can still feed yourself? Maybe schizophrenia? Or perhaps you would prefer the term 'vivid imagination'?
ReplyDeleteZoo, a postal address would also be lovely!
Panic Schmanic!
ReplyDeleteWhy the heck are you worried about a dumb Xhosa exam anyway?
